As part of the ongoing follow-up for the Operational Excellence Program supported by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, Saeed Raddad Group welcomed His Excellency Eng. Anbasa Qandil, Advisor to the Minister of Industry, on Monday, December 25. The field visit included two of the group’s subsidiaries: Al Razi Pharmaceutical Industries and National Care Company.
The visit began in the morning at Al Razi Pharmaceutical Industries, where the Advisor and ministry representatives reviewed the operational processes within the factory. They were briefed on the applied work mechanisms and assessed the progress made in implementing the program’s standards.
Later in the day, the delegation proceeded to National Care Company for a similar field tour aimed at monitoring performance indicators and verifying the company’s adherence to operational excellence standards.
The purpose of the visit was to evaluate the program’s effectiveness and provide technical recommendations and developmental feedback to enhance performance in alignment with the Ministry’s vision to improve the efficiency of the national industrial sector and support the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
